The Residential Insulation Scheme is an investment by Heathrow Airport to improve the noise insulation in around 20,000 homes. It aims to install noise mitigating measures in all rooms in any property within an eligible area where there is evidence to show there will be a practicable reduction on noise.
Homes in targeted areas will be assessed on their individual requirements and brought up to an appropriate level of acoustic performance.
The Residential Insulation will fund qualifying works to better protect homes with noise insulation measures that are up to 100% funded by Heathrow.
