Our stylish and welcoming Plaza Premium Lounge is the perfect place to unwind, refresh and indulge before take-off. 

We serve a selection of hot and cold food with pre-packaged items and orders to suit the time of day. 

Children are welcome, facilities are fully accessible to Blue Badge holders and there are hand sanitiser stations throughout.

Maximum stay is three hours. In the unlikely event of a flight delay, further stay is at the discretion of lounge staff.

Smoking is not permitted and, for security reasons, customers must remain with their baggage at all times.

No.1 Lounges
The No1 Lounge at Heathrow T2 is a peaceful escape for any passenger traveller through Heathrow Airport to enjoy.

A selection of complimentary food is offered throughout the day, featuring a seasonal food menu which has been carefully curated to be refreshing and varied. The lounge also offers a variety of snacks, all food is served buffet-style. Enjoy a wide selection of premium beers, wines and spirits all served from the fully tended bar. You can also help yourself to a variety of hot beverages, juices and soft drinks.

Children are welcome, the lounge is fully accessible to Blue Badge holders and the maximum stay is three hours before your flight departure time. In the unlikely event of a flight delay, further stay is at the discretion of lounge staff.
