London Underground strike action: 21-24 April

Due to planned strike action, there will be little to no service across all London Underground services, including the Piccadilly line to Heathrow, between 21 and 24 April 2026

Heathrow Express, Elizabeth line, and local bus services will run as normal on these days. Please plan your journey prior to travelling to Heathrow, and allow for extra time where necessary, as these services will be busier than normal.

Report nuisance parking

Heathrow is committed to working with residents and local authorities to tackle the issue of airport-related parking in residential areas and the anti-social behaviour that accompanies it.

We have been working with the Heathrow forums, local authorities, and enforcement agencies on tackling this problem for those living closest to the airport and affected by airport related parking.

You can read more about this work in our Local Community Parking Action Plan (1.3MB PDF).

Off-airport parking or fly parking can be reported using the form below which will inform our future initiatives and hotspot map for local authorities.

For immediate enforcement please contact your local authority enforcement team.

If your report relates to a taxi or a TfL private hire vehicle/driver then please also report to Transport for London

If you are experiencing technical issues with accessing the form, please email your nuisance parking complaint to communityrelations@heathrow.com
