Heathrow rail engineering works: 16 & 17 November

Due to planned engineering works, there will be no Heathrow Express or Elizabeth line services to or from Heathrow on Saturday 16 November and Sunday 17 November.

Piccadilly line services will be running as normal on both days.

Passengers should plan their journeys before travelling, and allow for additional time where necessary as trains that are running will be much busier than normal.

Experience, Personal Shopper, Shopping, Shops, Travel tips,
Whether you’re a frequent traveller and fancy a break from waiting to board at the gate or off on a special once-in-a-lifetime trip, why not start your trip in style at one of Heathrow’s hidden gems? The personal shopper lounge is a unique and complimentary experience that is a great way to spend your time at the airport.
Heathrow’s personal shopper is available 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm, including Christmas Day. Find out more about the bespoke service and enhance your next airport journey!

How much does it cost?

Let’s start right off the bat with one of the best things about this: you receive a completely bespoke and tailor-made shopping experience without the hefty price. In fact, the service is totally free; the only thing you need to pay for is any items you wish to purchase. There is no obligation to buy anything, so if you don't purchase any goods, you can still have a great bespoke experience without splashing any cash!

What at the locations of each personal shopper lounge?

There is a personal shopper lounge in Terminals 2, 3, and 5 where you can enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne and tea and coffee. The Terminal 4 Personal Shopper lounge will be open from the 23rd of July.

If you are flying out of a specific terminal and wish to book the personal shopper experience in a different terminal, a transfer service is available that can take you to the terminal of your choice and bring you back to your departing terminal in time for your flight.

Can I request specific items? And how to do this before the appointment?

Yes, absolutely! While filling out the booking form, there is a section to request any particular brands or products that you are interested in, right down to the details of sizes, colours and prices, so that the personal shopper can pull out some desired items and have them waiting for you before your appointment.

The personal shoppers are a team of accredited stylists who can assist you by providing advice and guidance based on your requests to give you more choices when shopping.

How long does the personal shopper experience last?

Giving yourself 2-3 hours is recommended to fully enjoy the experience without feeling rushed to catch your flight. If you are transferring between terminals, then 3 hours is recommended.

Can I take someone with me?

Yes, you can bring as many people as you like, as there are no limitations on the number of people who can participate in the experience.

However, due to escorting and clearance through security, you can only have a maximum of 6 people when transferring between terminals.

Can I have my products delivered to my home address?

Yes, you can have your purchased items delivered to your home address if you wish. There is a minimum spend requirement of £300 for Heathrow Reward members and £500 if you’re a non-reward member. You can join Heathrow Rewards here

Deliveries can be made to any mainland UK address and take up to 10 working days. A courier will contact you to inform you when your items are out for delivery.

Can I collect my items from the airport on my return?

Yes, you can leave your purchased items with your personal shopper who will complete the relevant documentation with you to ensure your purchases are waiting for you in your arrival terminal, ready for when you return. They will keep your items for a maximum of 6 months.

Can I refund any items later?

Yes, Heathrow provides a 60-day return policy if you change your mind about any of your purchased items.

How far in advance do you need to book?

To guarantee availability on the day you travel through Heathrow, the personal shopping experience needs to be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

You can book directly on the Heathrow website by following the link below. Several language options are available, and personal shoppers who speak different languages can help you with your experience.
