If you’re looking for a brand that's not available in your departing terminal – and you arrive at Heathrow at least 3 hours before your flight departs – we may be able to arrange a transfer to visit shops available in other terminals.
A member of our Shopping Services team will then meet you after security in the departure lounge of the terminal you are flying from and escort you to the shops you wish to visit.
This service is restricted to passengers making purchases of £250 or more. We are not able to transfer passengers to retailers that have stores in every terminal. Terms and Conditions apply
