London Underground strike action: 21-24 April

Due to planned strike action, there will be little to no service across all London Underground services, including the Piccadilly line to Heathrow, between 21 and 24 April 2026. 

 

Heathrow Express, Elizabeth line, and local bus services will run as normal on these days. Please plan your journey prior to travelling to Heathrow, and allow for extra time where necessary, as these services will be busier than normal.

Collect on Return

If something takes your fancy in departures but you don't want to take it on your trip, you can arrange to pick it up on your return. Simple!

How it works
  1. Make a purchase and request Collect on Return

    Then just leave your purchases with us. We'll look after them and have them ready for you to collect from Heathrow Arrivals upon your return.

  2. Available to everyone

    Collect on Return is a free service available to all departing passengers no matter where you are travelling to.

  3. Available at every outlet

    The Collect on Return service is available on all items at all shops in the departure lounge at Heathrow, excluding duty-free alcohol and cigarettes. Terms and conditions apply.
