Heathrow rail engineering works: 16 & 17 November

Due to planned engineering works, there will be no Heathrow Express or Elizabeth line services to or from Heathrow on Saturday 16 November and Sunday 17 November.

Piccadilly line services will be running as normal on both days.


Passengers should plan their journeys before travelling, and allow for additional time where necessary as trains that are running will be much busier than normal.

Currently, this service is operating on-demand whereby your porter should be hailed on the Terminal forecourts.

Once hailed, they’ll transport your luggage to the check-in desk, assist with the formalities of bag wrapping or lifting onto the baggage belts and even give you a hand with carnet declarations at customs for a truly end-to-end service

  • Available in all terminals
  • Prices start from £35*
  • Operates from 06:00–21:00, seven days per week

 

(*Please be aware that the porter service is subject to availability and that prices vary for passengers requiring VAT reclaim on departure, please call to confirm. Please be aware of the airline baggage restrictions that apply to your ticket type; always ensure that you have checked with your airline before arrival at the airport.)
