The quickest and easiest way to book is through our website. By pre-booking, you will enjoy our online prices, which are cheaper than turning up on the day.
If your plans change, you can make amendments up to 24 hours before your arrival time.
We know plans can change. You can cancel your Official Heathrow Parking booking up to two hours before you arrive, free of charge.
Any extra charges or refunds are based on your changes if you need to amend a booking.
You can cancel or amend your booking through our Manage My Booking section.
After booking, you will get a confirmation email with a booking reference number. Please print this out and bring it with you to the airport.
If you need your booking confirmation re-sent, you can do this in our Manage My Booking section.
We recommend you make your booking in advance of your travel date. That way, you will enjoy our discounted online-only prices.
You can pre-book online for same-day parking stays of 24 hours or more at all our car parks.
Stays shorter than 24 hours cannot be pre-booked. You can click through to the relevant parking product pages for on-the-day prices.
For Terminal Parking, you're welcome to arrive on the day, but you'll be charged our on-the-day prices.
If you go beyond the time or date of your original parking booking, you will need to pay the daily rate for any extra time.

You can also pay using Apple Pay and Google Pay on our Heathrow Parking, Fast Track & Lounges website.
Payments are taken at the time of booking. Different payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at Heathrow’s discretion.
Apple Pay or Google Pay payments are processed using the cards in your digital wallet. Refunds will be returned to the same card you have registered with that wallet used at the time of booking.
Payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer, payment provider, or bank. If this third-party authorisation is refused, we'll not accept your booking.
Email confirmations act as your VAT receipt. This also includes any amendments to your booking.

Yes. When booking, you will enter your flight information for your arrival and departure.
Follow directions for your Heathrow Terminal. Terminal Parking (Short Stay) car parks are signposted from the approach roads. The terminals are a short walk away.

Please call the number on your confirmation email if you are running late. One of our colleagues will arrange for your car to be returned to the Terminal.
We know travel plans can change, so we have an amendment and cancellation policy to support this.
You can cancel your parking booking up to 2 hours before the booked entry time and date.
You can do this via Manage my booking.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your junk folder. You can also request a replacement confirmation via manage my booking.
We don't offer promotional or discount codes. Our online prices are already discounted.
Heathrow doesn’t currently provide EV charging facilities in any of its car parks. We recommend customers driving EVs to charge them fully before arrival.

Rewards points from bookings won't show in your account until after the booking. Points can take up to 14 days to show in your account after you have exited the car park.
The maximum height at the barriers for our Terminal Parking (Short Stay) car parks is 2.2m (7ft 2in).
The maximum height at the exit barriers for our Park & Ride car parks is 2.4m (8ft).
There are no height restrictions for our Pod Parking car park.
Heathrow is part of Transport for London's ULEZ. Non-compliant vehicles must pay £12.50 to drive in the zone.
Yes, Park & Ride is the new name for our Long Stay Parking product.
This change came into effect on 16 September 2024.
Yes, Terminal Parking is the new name for our Short Stay Parking product.
This change came into effect on 28 September 2025.
Make free drop-offs from our Park & Ride car parks, with up to 30 minutes offered for free.
Free shuttle buses run between the car parks and terminal doors every 15 minutes.
Blue Badge holders can apply for a 100% discount on the Terminal Drop-off Charge. This applies even if you don’t drive or own a vehicle. You apply for a Blue Badge discount for the vehicle that drops you off – a taxi or a friend’s car, for example.
Alternatively, the first 2 hours of parking are free of charge for Blue Badge holders in our Park & Ride car parks. Please use the call point on entry and state your Blue Badge number and registration to the operator. On exit, please use the call point and state your registration number to exit. Only valid for UK and EEA Blue Badge holders.
There is no limit on the amount of luggage you can bring on our Park & Ride shuttle buses.
All buses are fully accessible, with ample luggage storage space available.
