Everything you need to know about booking official parking at Heathrow Airport.
The quickest and easiest way to book is through our website. By pre-booking, you will benefit from our online prices, which are cheaper than turning up on the day.
If your plans change, you can make amendments up to 24 hours before your arrival time.
We know plans can change unexpectedly, so when you book Official Heathrow Parking, if you need to cancel your booking, you can do so up to 2 hours before you are due to arrive without being charged.
Any additional charges or refunds will be calculated based on your changes if you need to amend a booking.
You can cancel or amend your booking through Manage my booking.
After you've made your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number. Please print this out and bring it with you to the airport.
If you need your booking confirmation re-sent, you can request this through Manage my booking.
We recommend you make your booking in advance of your travel date. That way, you will benefit from our discounted online-only prices.
You can pre-book online for same-day parking stays of 24 hours or more at all our car parks.
Stays shorter than 24 hours cannot be pre-booked. You can click through to the relevant parking product pages for on-the-day prices.
For Short Stay Parking, you're welcome to arrive on the day, but you'll be charged our on-the-day prices.
If your flight is delayed and you go beyond the time and date of your original parking booking, you will be subject to paying the daily rate for any additional time.
If your Heathrow Parking has not ended yet, you can extend your booking through the Manage your booking link below.
All email confirmations act as your VAT receipt - this also includes any amendments to your booking.
At the bottom of the confirmation, you will find the following information:

We know travel plans can change, so we have an amendment and cancellation policy to support this. You're welcome to cancel your Heathrow Official car park booking as long as you cancel at least 2 hours before the booked entry time and date. You can do this via Manage my booking.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your junk folder. You can also request a replacement confirmation via manage my booking.
Heathrow Official Parking does not offer promo codes, as our pre-bookable rates are already discounted.
Heathrow doesn’t currently provide EV charging facilities in any of its car parks. With this in mind, we recommend that all customers driving electric vehicles to the airport charge them adequately before arrival.
Local charging stations with fast and rapid-charging facilities can be found here.
Heathrow Rewards points for car parking bookings will not show on your account until the booking has been completed. It can take up to 14 days to show on the account after you have exited the car park.
The maximum height at the barriers for our Short Stay car parks is 2.2m (7ft 2in).
