Heathrow rail engineering works: 16 & 17 November

Due to planned engineering works, there will be no Heathrow Express or Elizabeth line services to or from Heathrow on Saturday 16 November and Sunday 17 November.

Piccadilly line services will be running as normal on both days.


Passengers should plan their journeys before travelling, and allow for additional time where necessary as trains that are running will be much busier than normal.

There's free Wi-Fi available throughout Heathrow to help keep you connected throughout your stay at the airport. Just choose “_Heathrow Wi-Fi” and follow the on-screen instructions. We are certified “Friendly Wi-Fi” across all terminals, so you can be sure that Heathrow’s super-fast network is safe for children.

Reserve and Collect

Save time browsing items at the airport by using our free Reserve & Collect service. You can pre-order products from most shops at Heathrow, even if you don’t see them online. Check the Explore Brands page or enter your flight number to see the brands available in each terminal. Oh, and don’t forget: Heathrow Rewards members collect an extra 100 points and Heathrow Rewards Premium members collect an extra 150 points whenever the Reserve & Collect service is used.

We want everyone to experience a smooth journey through Heathrow, which is why we provide first-class family facilities and help anyone with difficulties get the assistance they require.

If you would like some extra help through the terminal, let your airline, tour operator or travel agent know at least 48 hours before you travel.

At Heathrow, we've teamed up with Grab to offer you a food and drink pre-order service, working with a selection of Heathrow restaurants to provide this via the Heathrow app. Simply download the app to save time queueing and make your journey through the airport even smoother.
