Heathrow rail engineering works: 16 & 17 November

Due to planned engineering works, there will be no Heathrow Express or Elizabeth line services to or from Heathrow on Saturday 16 November and Sunday 17 November.

Piccadilly line services will be running as normal on both days.


Passengers should plan their journeys before travelling, and allow for additional time where necessary as trains that are running will be much busier than normal.

What are the benefits of Heathrow Valet Parking?

When you use our valet parking service, you will benefit from drop-off via our forecourt with direct access to the terminal.  You can leave your car with one of our staff who will park your car for you.  Your car will be waiting for you in our Short Stay car park on your return.

How do I use Heathrow Valet Parking?

Drop off your car with complete peace of mind at our hosted Valet Receptions, conveniently located in preferred areas of each terminal departure forecourt. (Please note: Valet customers have a 100% discount on the Terminal Drop-Off Charge.)

Our experienced team will conduct a prompt visual inspection of the car, taking delivery of the keys and directing you onwards so you can check in and enjoy the airport amenities. 

Your car will be driven to our secure in-airport parking facilities via our digital inspection portal, validating the exterior condition of your car upon delivery to us and the duration whilst in our care.

Upon your return, there is no need to call us; we guarantee your car will be ready for you upon flight arrival. It will be waiting for you in one of the reserved spaces of the Short Stay car park, a moment’s walk from your terminal.

Valet parking drive-up prices start from £133.90 for one day. We recommend pre-booking in advance for the best price.

Heathrow doesn’t currently provide EV charging facilities in any of its car parks. With this in mind, we recommend that all customers driving electric vehicles to the airport charge them adequately before arrival.
