Shan Shui's first restaurant opened in 2018, drawing its inspiration from Shanghai in the 1920s when it used to be the place to be for art, architecture, dance halls and glitzy restaurants. Our Shan Shui experience is reminiscent of Old Shanghai, where female celebrities had poise and impeccable fashion sense.
The menu is curated to showcase the gastronomic delights of China and Southeast Asia. Its cocktail selection is crafted with Old Shanghai speakeasies in mind: old-timey classic mainstays are accompanied by fresh, inventive concoctions. Shan Shui, Terminal 2 overlooks the runway and has its own private observation deck.
